Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing an order for goods from Natures Health Store or via the websites. By ordering our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Sale
The customer shall place an order for Goods by completing the order transaction on the website. The company shall confirm acceptance of the customer’s order via email and will supply the goods to the customer.

Subject to the customer’s statutory rights (as defined under the unfair Contact Terms Act 1977) the company reserves the right to refuse to supply orders.
The company supplies the goods to the consumer for the consumer’s own use and not for resale or any other commercial purpose and by submitting their order the customer agrees.
2. Payment Terms
Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made as indicated on the website at the time you place your order.
All products should be in stock at time of ordering. If however goods are out of stock and not likely to come in and payment has been received, Natures Health Store will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been made to Natures Health Store.

All prices which are quoted on the websites 'NaturesHealthStore.uk',  are in UK pounds sterling and excludes  delivery charges.
Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found prior to the despatch of the goods, Natures Health Store will inform you as soon as possible and offer the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, Natures Health Store will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you.
The price of the goods shown on the website is inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current UK rate but exclusive of delivery charges.
3. Despatch and Delivery
All deliveries are subject to prior authorisation of your payment.
All products ordered from Natures Health Store shall be sent to you via Royal Mail or a national courier service. Natures Health Store hope to despatch orders within 48 hours after receiving payment from you.  Bank holiday orders may take longer.
Delivery charges vary according to the weight and size of your parcel and location.
Alternatively you may wish to collect your order free of charge in store. Click & Collect orders must be collected within 3 weeks of ordering.
We will make effort to despatch your order within a reasonable time-period. If Natures Health Store cannot despatch the goods within 7 working days of receiving your order, Natures Health Store will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a refund. Natures Health Store will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery of your order.
If you haven't received your order after 14 working days, then we assume the parcel has gone missing and we will issue a full refund (this includes cost of product(s) and postage paid by you). The supplier will not be responsible for lost packages incorrectly addressed due to customer error.
Please Note:
For any order despatched using a Tracked Service (Royal Mail or Courier), if the tracking information shows the item as being delivered, we are unable to accept any claim from you (the customer) that the parcel has not been delivered. In this instance you (the customer) would need to take this up with either Royal Mail or the Courier service used and file a claim yourself. We can provide any proof of despatch/delivery that would be needed to help with this claim. In these instances, it is normally found that the parcel has been accepted by a family member, or neighbour.

If you do not take delivery of the product(s) or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing via the e-mail address within 7days after the delivery date.    We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

4. Cancellation/Returns Policy
You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 7 days after the delivery date. Notification should be sent by email to info@natureshealthstore.uk. Please include your full address, order number and reason for cancellation.  If you have queries regarding your order, please talk to us, we might have a solution.
The products to be returned must be returned in a good condition, not tampered with and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service and careful packing. The supplier cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit. Post and packing costs will not be reimbursed.
You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.
Natures Health Store will refund the buyer for the price of the goods within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (this excludes postage).

Natures Health Store may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.
5. Risk and Ownership
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
It is your own responsibility to have read the label/leaflet/instructions on, or included with, the packaging for any allergens before consumption or use.
Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.
6. Liability
Natures Health Store shall not be responsible for any defect in the goods arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party.
We do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) which may arise from reliance on information contained in the Web Site or in respect of any error or omission, except in relation to death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
7. Data Protection
Natures Health Store warrants that it shall endeavour to protect the customer’s privacy and data in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Natures Health Store does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
All copyright in the material contained on the Website 'NaturesHealthStore.uk' and any trademarks and brands included in that material belong to Natures Health Store or its licensors.
You may download or copy the content and other downloadable items displayed on the Website solely for personal non-commercial purposes for the purposes of placing an order. Copying or storing the contents of the Website for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.
